Copies of marriage and divorce records can be obtained from the County Clerk of Circuit Court, but they can also be requested from the Florida Department of Health. Birth and death records are also available from the Department of Health.

You can submit an open records request for other county records. An open records request is simply an official request to view particular public government or agency documents. There is a portal through the county website to search most records online. If you cannot locate a record, you can request records through the Public Request Coordinator

Deeds, which are legal documents regarding the ownership of property or legal rights, can be obtained from the County Clerk of Circuit Court, too. In this county, the Clerk also functions as the Recorder of Deeds. Deed records can be found online through the County Clerk’s website.
